Great as ingredient in gluten-free bread
I use this to make gluten-free bread. It is great quality, tastes good, works with other flours nicely to make GF bread. I have been using this brand for years and have never been disappointed. The quality makes it good value for the money for an item that helps produce a healthier bread for me.

Bob’s great quality
I’ve been using this product for 15 years in my gluten-free baking mixes. It’s got great flavor and is a good grind. Bob’s is my go to for gluten-free baking ingredients. I am completely gluten intolerant, and depend heavily on their quality control to provide me with a fully certified gluten-free flour product. This sorghum flour behaves in baked goods the way it ought to especially with regard to moisture uptake.

Good product; Bad Amazon shipping
I'm not a professional reviewer. I really like Bob's products. I use the sorghum flour mixed with Bob's pancake mix all the time. Good stuff. When I saw the sorghum flour was now shipping 24-ounce packages, I order that. The price and size was shown on the page as 1.5-pounds of flour. However, Amazon shipped the 22-ounce packages instead. Bad Amazon. I complained (to the computer), and Amazon made it right for this order. Good Amazon. The product photos and the sales descriptions don't match, and you should watch what you actually receive. Don't complain here; complain to Amazon. They'll fix the problem, and hopefully correct it.

3 Bags & 2 Sags
This Bob’s Red Mill sorghum flour is listed by the seller as a four pack unit containing four 22oz bags. This is also listed on the sides of the boxes pictured. When I opened the box, there were only 3 bags of flour and, adding insult to injury, there were 2 empty and sealed Bob’s Red Mill bags packaged with the flour, also pictured. Not cool. Of course, I decided to return it. Before doing so, I called Bob’s Red Mill customer service as suggested by Amazon. That conversation was a bit horrifying. The agent’s disposition alone indicated that she was tired of fielding questions and concerns like mine. She insisted that I should only contact Amazon concerning the issue. I told her that it seemed to be a manufacturing issue since the box and empty packages were sealed, to which she responded, “…we are not responsible for what is shipped out by Amazon”. That seemed strange. I asked her if sellers of their product selling it on Amazon were able to acquire their company’s packaging and boxes and fill it themselves. She said yes, and reiterated that the company cannot guarantee the integrity of Bob’s Red Mill flour sold on Amazon. Wow. I will be leaning into them before I use 1 ounce. I completed the return and replacement process and, three days later, I’m here having just opened the second box. Guess what? There are again 3 22oz packages of sorghum flour in a box marked for four, this time without the bonus, empty bags!!! Seller or manufacturer seem to lack the care and or capacity to ensure that customers are receiving the full measure of items they are paying for. This is ridiculous. Two stars because bags are intact and the expiration dates are appropriate. However, receiving less than what I paid for is infuriating.
