Q: Bottled in plastic or glass??? I avoid plastic for storing or heating food when I can.

It is a plastic food grade jar. I don't know if any honey is bottled in glass . At any rate, this honey has not and should not be heated to retain its medicinal properties.

Q: Why is the product so much less expensive here than on the Steens' site?

Amazon handles shipping and logistics less work for steeens. Many companies prefer lower pricing on amazon than handling shipping, returns, storage etc
