I do a lot of woodworking, and I purchased this saw to do flush cuts when I would need to shear off a dowel or small section of wood at a joint. They saw was better quality than I expected for the price, and it’s very sharp. It works just fine for what I need it for.

Great little saw to have for those once in a while projects that come up. Cuts very straight and much better than a hack saw !

My first Japanese hand saw. Using it requires a different approach, kinda like a keyhole saw, but wider. The unique shape and sharp teeth provide lots of interesting options - cutting tree limbs, for example. For this low price, maybe not super durable -- but it has proven useful so far, worth the small investment.

I cannot I got a great small hand saw at this price. I do a lot a laser cutting crafts and it has been a super help there. I have also cut PVC, PVM, and oak wood with this, without any issues.

This saw is very sharp and I love that it has two sides to do a quick or more accurate cut. The small size is nice so you get into tight places and the blade is thin enough to bend to get that close cut.

Kind of get what you pay for, pull saws are great but the cheaper ones aren't as smooth cutting and the handles aren't detachable and awkward to take with you on jobs

I took a chance on this, since it was inexpensive. I was blown away by how efficiently it goes through wood!! I was able to trim down a fallen tree in minutes with this, down to the bare base of the tree. I also have used it for small woodworking projects. It will go through a 2x4 in under a minute, which isn't really fast compared to a hand saw, but, if this is what you have to work with, it will get the job done. This would be GREAT for camping!!!!
