Switched to this shampoo after running out of my usual brand and grabbing it on a whim, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The Simply Nourish scent is subtle and clean — not overpowering or overly perfumed like some “natural” shampoos tend to be. It’s genuinely one of my favorite parts of the shower now. My hair feels noticeably softer after using it, even without conditioner some days, which is saying something since my hair tends to get dry and frizzy. It lathers up nicely too, doesn’t take much product to work through my whole head, so the bottle’s lasting longer than I expected. I also appreciate that method is pretty transparent about their ingredients and sustainability practices — the bottle is made from recycled plastic, which is a nice bonus if that matters to you. A couple of small notes: • It’s marketed as a shampoo but doesn’t come with a matching conditioner in this listing, so you’ll want to pair it with something • 14oz is a decent size but not huge — if you have long or thick hair, you’ll go through it a bit faster Bottom line: A solid, good-smelling daily shampoo that’s gentle enough for regular use and leaves hair feeling soft rather than stripped. Great option if you want something that feels a little more thoughtful than a standard drugstore shampoo.

Smells good came in its own box to prevent it from leaking. Bottle is average size, makes hair soft, smell good, & keeps hair from getting greasy fast.

Love this scent, its very nice/relaxing to me and it lathers really well, I always use a different brand of conditioner afterwards, so not exactly sure how well it works, but I like this product a lot. I try to find it on sale, as the full price is a little too high, imo
