Excellent results
I make a pretty fantabulous almond flour triple chocolate muffin with cacao powder, that gets inhaled. This black cocoa powder has taken the muffin in to orbit. I will never go back to simple cacao powder for muffins again. Just that slight hint of bitterness made a vital taste improvement. I will experiment with other baked goods as soon as the clamour for more muffins subsides. A little pricy but what isn’t these days?! Mixes in well, and overall is worth the price for the added complexity it brings to baking. This stuff is wasted on Oreos 🤭

Try it you won't regret it
This is perfect for creating black frosting that doesn't turn your teeth black, it does taste a bit like oreos which if you know how to make cookies can come in handy. A little of this goes a long way and I have used it in everything from frosting to brownies but I like trying different things so if it says 1cup of cocoa powder I do ⅓ cocoa and ¼of this lol

Great quality
Great quality product. My only issue is that my pouch doesn't stay closed well so the packaging is a little lackluster in that respect. Otherwise, I highly recommend it and the size is a great value.

Darks & Strong
I use this to make sourdough cookies. It gives them a bold dark chocolate flavor without the sweetness. Pair these with some no sugar dark chips and you end up with a great cookie.
