This PC has everything I wanted/needed for my gaming. Also the value is great for what you get.

Update: I tripped on the cord and shattered the screen and frankly I'm glad it's dead. I fought with the graphics drivers, wifi drivers, and everything else and I'm just glad it's dead. Seems to have serious issues with the graphics card or processor. Upgraded the RAM to 64 GB and it still only loads small squares of screens especially when loading web browsers. Complete garbage, would return if I could but too late now. Will never order from them again.

Amazing PC. Runs pretty much any game on high/ultra if clocked. sounds like an actual jet engine but it does well. My only issue is the power supply I received with the PC is 135w, which is FAR below the requirement to properly run the PC, so after about 2-3 weeks of use, the charger gave out.

I use a laptop for work and home. I buy a new one every 4-5 years. Although I'm not a serious gamer, this time I wanted a better machine (bought several HPs, each time the casing cracked around the hinges). I bought this Acer through Amazon in June. Very much liked it in terms of function and capabilities although it is a bit heavy compared to my previous laptops. In January, while working on the machine, the screen suddenly went blank and I received a "no bootable device" message. At that point, I had to set up a repair and send it back (more on that in a moment). This took about two full weeks to get the laptop back. At which point I had to re-install all my software: Microsoft Office (365), browsers & passwords, etc. I finally got all that set up again, and then, about 10 days after getting it back, it bricked. Just dead, no power, no lights. So as I write this, I'm awaiting my FedEx shipping label to send it back again. As for the repair process—first, I bought it in June (and registered it) but was initially told my 1-year warrantee expired in November. I had to prove I bought it in June with a receipt (which I did). The most frustrating part, however, in both instances of trying to set up a repair through Acer's website, their "repair my Acer" function just gets stuck in a loop: enter your serial number, enter the CAPTCHA... and then get a pop-up window telling me how to find my serial number (which I've already entered). Just an endless loop that, apparently, others have experienced as well (yes, tried different browsers, adjusted pop-up blockers, etc). In both instances, I had to start a chat with an agent to get the repair started, which also took multiple tries. I've been using laptops since 1998 (first one was a Gateway, had a few Toshibas and HPs). This is the first time I've ever had a major problem like this, and now it's happened twice in one month. It is a nice laptop, but I don't trust it (or Acer brand) right now.
