I have been using this for over a year in my salt and pepper mills. The peppercorns and salt rocks are pretty and grind easily, but do not break down and hold their shape in the grinders until ground. They smell great and add great flavor to food. The bags they arrive in are sturdy and the zip lock is strong, so they are good for storing. Also, a good amount comes in each bag so our subscription is set to arrive a few times a year.

I have a salt and pepper mill that I love to keep fresh peppercorns and sea salt in. When it came time to refill it, I wanted to try the rainbow blend of peppercorns and Himalayan sea salt (my preference for white sauces and fish dishes). I was not disappointed. The items arrived in a set, and the peppercorns were very fresh. I used both the season a pasta sauce, and I could definitely tell the difference with the fresh peppercorns I'd ordered versus the lower quality pepper I'd been using. I also like that the label clearly states where the ingredients were sources from. For the size of the bags (12oz peppercorns and 2lbs salt), this is a good value in my book. I would highly recommend.

I have been using this salt and pepper in my grinder sets for years. Consistent quality with small enough salt that it does not clog my grinder. Better than some that I paid almost twice as much for. Pepper blend smells great and the color of the peppercorns looks great on the table.
