I’m not gonna say that the liquid did all the work cause I definitely changed my diet, but I could tell the difference in how much weight I was losing when I was not taking it versus taking it make sure you drink lots of water and eat something before you work out if you’re going to use this because it will increase your heart rate and you can get dizzy or nauseous if you don’t drink more water with this product. This flavor in particular taste delicious. I like sour flavors and they did really well. I’ve also tasted their tropical flavor and the victory punch; both are delicious. I took this product for about a month and I lost 10 pounds.

It not that good in taste or smell ngl but it makes u sweat a lot when working out or doing any cardio workout and gives u boost of engery

I have been using this liquid amazing for some time now and it's been great. It really saves time with mixing different powders in water with the right temperature to mix well and drinkable. This one is just measure out the serving and go. This is an amazing before workout supplement I have added for my occasional push in the gym.

I'm reviewing this product more on the flavor, presentation and side effects than gained performance, since my wife and I eat plenty of meat and we have plenty of carnitine in our diets. This being said, presentation is great, the bottle looks good, is robust, the cap works as a measuring cup, seals safely, no drips. The product itsel is a clear liquid that tastes sweet and sour, strong flavor but we both loved it, hard to have just half a cap like it says in the label. No side effects at all, no discomfort in our bellies or anything, all good. In our case having a carnitine supplement is kinda pointless but since they were sending this for review I ordered it, definitely a top quality L Carnitine supplement.

Usually I love Evogen products, but Im skeptical about this one. Didnt seem to make much difference and while the taste was tolerable, I wouldnt call it good lol dont drink it warm thats for sure.

The taste is fine (had a similar product with black pepper which needed washing down). I use the 1/2 capful in small glass of water method. pour it in the glass. Fill the cap with water a couple of times. add the rest of the water. This keeps the cap clean and doesn't waste any of the product. Results will vary with expectations. Some L-carnitine supplements have several other active ingredients. Some people will choose a one-and-done pre/post workout supplement and judge results accordingly. Others use a stack method. Judging the results of the combination is more difficult, unless you introduce each part systematically and give each step enough time to notice the effect. Otherwise, you're trusting to research and testing by others. This seems a quality product. Pricewise, I haven't compared other options.

This liquid carnitine js a great way to add easily absorbable carnitine inti your pre-workout and help keep you energized. It's very thin liquid like water, and obviously mixes with no issue. When mixed into my pre-workout, I don't notice anything with taste as it blends in quite well. I think it does help offer some steady energy, but it's really hardly any effect. This seems like a quality product, but I think the claims for what carnitine can do are a bit exaggerated, regardless of whether it works. If you're interested, it won't hurt to give this a try.
