Is this dressing spicy? Or does it have a lot of black pepper in it? Thank you!

I would say it is zesty. There are a lot of spices in it. I think the spicy or heat does come from the good amount of black pepper in it I usually remove the oil and replace it with water, then let it sit for a day out two before use. Great on salad and baked potatoes
