Love this so much. The quality of the machine is good. There are so many speeds I haven't used them all. It is quiet and lightweight. Easy to turn on and off and the remote options are easy to understand. It is super relaxing especially after a work out.

I got this as a way to help with some of the health benefits this claims to have. I was a little skeptical on some of them, however, proof is in the pudding. I have issues with my hips being sore and stiff. After using the body shaker, my hip pain disappeared. It left my abs a little soar, which was a pleasant surprise, and my body aches were knocked out. I would highly recommend this for people who deal with stiff joins and minor muscle pain. It is relaxing. The shaker can be a little loud when placed on a hard surface, but it isn't so loud that I couldn't enjoy music or tv while using it.

Pros: better than Merach in regards to foot space/size in comparison to their oval shaped one, very quiet-equal if not better than Merach, plenty of functions, effectiveness is evident, value($99 sale), Cons: even after receiving a replacement there is still a clicking or tapping sound where your heels go but returning and replacing is not something I want to do every couple weeks. Oddity: found out the remote can control the volume on my TV Overall I am pretty happy with it.

I absolutely love this so much. The instructions are simple and I use it every morning when I wake up and again when I come home from work. It helps my restless legs. It helps my sore legs from standing all day. It's great for my lymphatic system to keep everything moving. I have recommended it to all my friends that spend long days standing or long days sitting to help "shake things up".
