How is this keto with a whopping 28 grams of carbs? Is there fiber in this syrup?

Hi there, Our syrup has 2 grams net carbs per serving (2 tablespoons). The rest of the total carbs come from allulose, a rare sugar that we can't metabolize. It tastes like sugar and acts like sugar, but doesn't get metabolized in the body or spike blood sugar, making it 0 net carbs per serving of our syrup, keto friendly, and diabetic friendly. does it need to refrigerate after opening?

I know someone already answered but wanted to chime in as well. I have candida issues and Seborrhoeic Dermatitis on my scalp (thought to be caused by another yeast, Malassezia). This syrup does not trigger my issues either.

Delicious!

Very sweet and maple-y! It's on the thinner side, but when I absolutely have to have that maple syrup flavor, this is where I go. I've tried other sugar free alternatives, but they had very little sweetness or maple flavor. This is great! It's a sugar free low carb alternative, not zero carb, so keep an eye out. But this is perfect for me to enjoy as someone who is watching their blood sugar. Generous bottle size, light texture and consistency, and very enjoyable :)

If you are a diabetic careful not to go crazy adding the syrup. 2 tbsp. 28g carbs. Carbs turn to glucose causing rapid spikes. Use sparingly.
