I've been taking these supplements for about a year now. I often find, with various vitamins or supplements, that it's hard to tell if they're actually "doing anything" for me. That's not the case with these supplements! I went about two weeks, a while back, without having any--I can't remember why. I do know that it was a particularly grumpy two weeks for me, and I really noticed that my mood issues tapered off once I got another bottle of these. I can tell, in the bathroom, as well, that they're working. I do take additional fiber, but I believe these are working with the fiber to help keep things going smoothly. They taste unique, for sure, but I enjoy them. They're soft and chewy (sometimes I get some that are a bit hard, but I just warm them in my hands or my jeans pocket for a few seconds, and they're softened). I am a FIEND for candy, and this makes it feel like I'm starting my day with a couple of pieces of candy! What fun!

Awesome magnesium supplement! You will read that the taste is awful and while yes, it doesn’t taste the best, it’s not as awful as they say. Plus, I have a hard time taking pills so I’m grateful when there’s a good gummy option. These help me with deeper sleep and my restless leg syndrome. I don’t sleep without taking these anymore!

They probably work but the taste is so awful it’s hard to get past. Chemically and musty. They aren’t returnable so I figured I’d at least use the rest. I’ve been taking them with the ashwagandha (highly recommend this product, tastes great and sleep has improved greatly) to make them tolerable. Last night I bit into one and it was green inside, leaf green. These are berry flavored, dark purple on the outside. Now thinking the smell is because these are full of fungus. I wish I had taken a pic but I was too disgusted at the time and they went in the garbage. There are multiple complaints about this on the Force Factor website and zero response from them. It’s too bad because I like their other products but if they don’t stand behind one product, they won’t stand behind any and won’t be getting more money from me.

If you were having problems sleeping at night I’m feeling sluggish during the day. Let me please recommend these. I was such a skeptic until I tried them and now I get a great night sleep not that this cures all but it definitely helps. I found a little something that was missing in my life, and that was this!
