So far, it's been working very well and have no complaints. It's kept my batteries charged while under constant load, so overall pleased with my purchase

Absolutely amazing! Two sets of 600 watt solar panels in series , parallel and one set 1,000 Watts 150v +160v+160v and my 8,000 BTU window air conditioner can run 24/7 as long as the sun is out for 3 hours a day . It runs a refrigerator air conditioner microwave television cell phone charger, that's all I can list because that's all I use all at the same time. What's not to like?

UPDATE 5-12-26 THEY REPLACED IT! I don't know if they connected the dots from this review or if the service is just excellent but they made it pretty easy, HOWEVER: they tried to send me a replacement board, I hated this idea and asked if they would just replace it and they did! Must be some lemons because they didn't even want the old one returned. I probably just got unlucky, It was fantastic before I went to add solar. Must be capacitors for voltage regulation, id say give the box a minute or so before you go making changes to connections and you will avoid what occurred to me. Update 4-1-26 Went to add solar today. I had everything disconnected and powered off and YET somehow there was a spark and now the inverter no longer turns on. No clue how something shorted to begin with, I was only connecting wires to the PV terminals, of which I had landed the other end into the PV breaker that was in the off position and open circuit down stream at the PV disconnect and the MC4 connectors weren't connected at the panels. No clue what happened, other than maybe the PV terminals had a short to a capacitor, which would explain how I achieved an arc flash when everything was disconnected. Seems to be working so far This unit is probably not for most people but if you do your research and take the time to learn, it'll work out. Some context: I work in Energy delivery, plenty enough knowledge to be dangerous. This thing is WONKY, arrow keys are backwards, no ground terminal on the outlet side XD. It is NOT N-Bonded (thank god) HOWEVER there is an option for it (that's pretty cool!) Has a dry contact relay that's programmable BUILT IN (sweeeeeet) I've paired with a single 24v Eco-Metal cased battery (100Ah) Currently wiring it up for proper use but I have tested: AC Charging> Good AC Passthrough > Good Inverter> 15A Table saw and 12A shop vac ran simultaneously - Good Switching (between AC and Inverter)> Good Using as Critical Circuit UPS

Seems like a decent unit so far. Lost stars due to $25 charge for usable app usage. It's free for every 5 min collection... battery selection options are not straight forward. Using the app to change settings as it takes about 20 minutes to populate the current settings then you have to "send" each change and wait for that to be "read" again. No option to switch to Bluetooth in the app. Would be cool if it worked like the bougeRV app... only complaint about the bougeRV app is that you have to log in and have a cell connection but the app works and it's real time communication.
