Absolutely wonderful for my joint pain! I’m a 45 yr old, premenopausal female. I work a lot of hours on my feet physically, additionally I cannot afford to waste money on nonsense purchases. My mother, in her 70’s gave me my first bag because the pills were too big for her to swallow. 3 Large oval shaped pills I get down with a drink, also I take them down with food so it won’t upset my stomach. This is my 3rd month using the product. It causes my pale skin to have a slight orange hue, noticeable very slight in certain lighting. So much easier to use in pill form, than the messy powders that actually physically stain your hands and counters. Give it a shot! It’s made its way into a special jar on my shelf for now. I don’t cook with turmeric as much as I used to, so I thought I would try this supplement, see if it helps my joints and soft tissue around them. I have tried this for four full days, still have pain, but it seems to be helping. It’s not long enough time to make this determination, but since I know my pain well enough, I will continue using thinking it helps. The caps are a bit bigger, but I took two with my four other supplements, and could swallow all at once. I am seventy two, use a c-pap and was fine, but if you get them use one and see how you do. They are fairly slick, not powdery, and I think that helps. I don’t know about effectiveness, energy level, blood pressure, but quality, smell, taste, are good, but I am not injured so my regular aches and pains are less.
