First I want to say is that this stuff is amazing! I've been taking this for almost a year now & with my AS & RA, I usually get several inflamed pain flares throughout the year especially during hurricane season but so far I've only had a couple but the most impressive, hits you in your face sign that it's working...is when you get up out of bed & you're not as sore, stiff & aching like you used to be!! So ever since, I've ordered all my supplements from Micro Ingredients which leads me to #2) I did my fair share, deep dive into the company as a few reviewers should have & it irks me that they didn't do their due diligence before writing a bad review. A) Changing of the proprietary blend of Ginger extract root & Black pepper extract... The mg in the Ginger extract was much higher as someone pointed out & it originally, I'm guessing was because it's a natural anti-inflammatory as well as Turmeric Curcumin is but the reason why the ginger extract was lowered was because this extract also naturally thins your blood so for everyone's extra precaution, they reduce it to a 150mg👍 The reason for the Black Pepper is to help to unlock the Curcumin & keep it in your bloodstream longer. At 95% pure, the Curcumin needs the Black Pepper to crack it open sort of speak & the standard key is 10mg. Anything higher is just an extra unnecessary set of keys🤷‍♀️ B) The black box cancer disclaimer on all bottles & bags of Micro Ingredients & pretty much of anything that comes from California. The reason behind that is nothing new except for a law that was passed to print the disclaimer on all packaging that is meant for consumables. The reason behind the disclaimer is...When a seed is planted in Californian soil, apart from the nutrients the plant gets as it grows, is also traces of lead & I do mean microscopic traces. Studies have shown a significant amount of lead, can cause cancer. For clarification you would have to consume an exaggerated billion bags/bottles to face this dilemma. The lead in the soil is not just California, it's the entire earth's soil but California made sure that there was a law informing people of it. It even says on the bag that the disclaimer is required by California law but doesn't mean the product is unsafe. I'm 100% confident in Micro Ingredients & their supplements have been absolutely amazing for me! ♾️/10 Highly recommend

I’ve tried several turmeric products and this one is by far the best I’ve used so far. Having the MCT in it, enables it to transport into my system much cleaner the size of them are pretty solid. They literally have no smell, to me anyway. I don’t love that dosage is three, but it’s definitely not a dealbreaker. Especially because of the effectiveness.

Seems to be helping I normally buy ones that are with other natural ingredients so I think I like a mix but these work very well for just being one ingredient price is right easy to swallow
