Healthy and tasty snack!
I’ve been on a diet but I’m trying to keep my protein up. This snack is tasty and satisfying and a great source of protein. Nice crunch and good flavor yet calories are low. It’s nice that they come in individually prepackaged amounts so you know the exact nutritional value for each packet. Highly recommended.

Yummy!
A great, healthy, high-protein snack for everyone! They’re so crunchy and tasty! Even my 5-year-old son loved them so much that he finished the whole bag in less than 15 minutes!

Excellent good-for-you and tasty snack!
A supersnack indeed: low carbs, high dietary fiber and protein, and, ounce for ounce, a lower sodium content than most fried snacks, altogether making this a healthy snack for anyone who has to watch their fats, carbs, and sodium intake. A 0.9oz bag of roasted edamame provides 110 calories, only 5g of fat (0 trans fat and cholesterol), 2g net carbs (7g carbs less 5g fiber), and a whopping 12g protein. Couldn't ask for a more satisfying snack!

Delicious & healthy snack!
Delicious & healthy snack. Perfect amount of salt & satisfyingly crunchy. The individual packs make for a handy grab-and-go snack. The reason I only gave this 4 stars is because of the price. (But I will definitely buy them again.)
