Pretty good but not great.

Cookies arrived damaged. Package included 24 cookies and 16 brownies. Other than broken cookies, they looked yummy.

. I sent this as a gift to Oregon Tax Specialists who diligently and accurately prepare my taxes every year. I appreciate all the staff’s professional help. The staff loved the cookies and brownies at a super busy time preparing hundreds of taxes. The party box of a variety of cookies brownies was greatly appreciated by all the staff. It was a fun thank you gift to send.

I sent this product as a gift and when it arrived (my parents are very old) they were disappointed because they thought it contained no brownies. I had no way of knowing, and so tried to contact customer service to get more information - such as whether the wrong product had been sent, or if there was another box coming. But there is no way to talk to anyone. That is unfortunate. I connected with an Amazon bot which immediately offered to refund my money. And since I could not talk to anyone, and in light of the expressed disappointment from the recipients, I took advantage of it. But then, a day later, a visitor to my parents' home dug deeper into the box and found that the brownies were at the very bottom, and he states they are delicious. I now feel terrible because this product is awesome. And I cannot reach out to them and get their money to them. So, I am writing this review to let everyone know. The cookies and brownies are truly excellent. The only downside is that there is no way to talk to anyone in customer service if you need to.
