I ordered these because I had been suffering from siatica for about 7 months and nothing else was working. I cant take the normal medication handed out by doctors and a physio helped a bit but not for long. The pain was intense so as a last resort I tried these. At first I was taking 3 a day. I'm now on my second bottle and only taking 2 a day. I have been pain free for about a month now. I still cant believe it. I'm still taking them because they are beneficial for lots of things. They are quite large but easy to swallow with water. The company are great to deal with. They arrived quickly and then I had an email with advice on how to take them followed later by another checking how I was doing. Very happy with the product, company and customer service. I will certainly be buying again.

I rarely write reviews but because i am so pleased with this product i felt that i should. I suffer with osteoarthritis in spine and hands, very painful thumb joints. Have had in the past steroid injections, painful procedure and they don't always work. Have been on waiting list for months for another injection and my GP suggested to me to try Turmeric, Ginger & Black Pepper. Not a great believer in complementary medicine, but in great pain so gave it a go. Within a couple of weeks the inflammation has reduced, pain low level so I can cope with that. As i have lost muscle mass in the hands i am aware i will always have that weakness but i can cope with that too. Life is a misery when in constant pain so i am so pleased my GP suggested trying these capsules. I had an appointment through at last for the injections but have cancelled. I know its not yet cold and joints play up in einter so shall write another review in 3 months time to see how i am coping then

I am trying to be 100% honest here! . . . so please read my full comment, It is not negative.This product seems good, and I like the addition of ginger and black pepper, ~ but I'm not sure how to judge if it is providing extra pain control etc BECAUSE I take a cocktail of supplements to manage a very painful back problem. I chose it because it's the strongest tumeric capsule I can see for sale online. I certainly have no complaints against it. It's easy to swallow, it doesn't upset me in any way and it does not have a strong taste.As I am not able to judge its individual benefit to my health and painf relief my feedback may seem low - and that could be unfair. I do think that taking this tumeric black pepper and ginger supplement HAS helped my general health, so I will continue taking it.The best advice I can offer is to say - Try It For Yourself!

I have had chronic pain for 10 years with sciatica and I started taking this product about a 3 years ago and haven't looked back. I have to take strong pain relief daily but nothing helped with the cold burning sensation I get in my foot. This certainly helps, it hasn't got rid of it but it certainly helps me to sleep at night without being woken in pain. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night and it definitely works for me. It took about 2 weeks before I noticed it was working but now I wouldn't be without it - tried cheaper brands but the pain came back so got straight back onto this and now I always make sure I have a spare bottle because sometimes they can be out of stock ( nature of the natural ingredients). I would definitely give this a try and see what happens after several weeks.

Difficult to give a review as who knows what I'd be like if I wasn't taking them. They are easy to take, and I seem to get very few colds etc.; arthritis could be a lot worse and I am generally very well. There's no doubt turmeric has proven huge benefits in so many areas, so Sash organic turmeric with pepper (to aid absorption) and ginger which is also very good for you, must be a definite plus. I would highly recommend them and have done so to my friends.

I actually prefer the same one by Sash without the ginger . I think my skin dries up with the ginger . It is amazing for inflammation but not all pain as some pain is nerve pain ( sciatica ). But also it acts on me as an anti depressant . And it’s great . I came off seroxat on it .Take care as it thins ur blood . I find I have more nosebleeds and they take longer to stop . Do check all contraindications with other pharma meds and supplements even HRT . I’m on HRT and still taking it . But repeat , I prefer the one without ginger by Sash . It’s just above it and a little cheaper . It has completely eradicated my anxiety induced overnight back pain

I must admit I've noticed a difference. I love the emails from the owner giving advice when you first receive them. I'm now taking three tablets a day and I suffer from chronic pain (hypermobility and many other things) and winter is hell for my body. These take the edge off and they're natural so I'm happy.You must remember to tell any health professionals about it though. I've had a few operations this year and I nearly didn't mention it. They wrote it down saying it was important to stop taking it before operations because tumeric thins the blood so can cause problems. I suppose if you're taking wharferin (?)(blood thinners) it might affect you badly.

I was prescribed paracetamol and codeine for pain. I had been taking increased amounts of codeine until my nurse colleagues explained about codeine algesia.I began to take this turmeric.and was able to stop both.My orders are always sent out immediately and I’ve never had a problem with delivery.A few weeks ago whilst preoccupied with daily tasks, I forgot to take my Turmeric capsules, I found pain prevented my sleep. and impaired my mobility throughout the day.I realised I had missed the turmeric and immediately resumed daily use. The difference in my level of discomfort during mobilisation and sleep is remarkable.That one experience being sufficient to ensure future adherence to daily dosage.I have tried other brands but have returned to this because they have always been consistent in terms of service,delivery ease of swallowing and quality of result. And I am not taking either codeine or paracetamol.
