Do the paws have any weight to them or are they filled with the same stuffing as the body?

Hi there, thank you for your question. The GUND Grahm Teddy Bear Plush paws are filled with the same stuffing as the body. Hope this helps!

What size baby clothes would fit on the 18” Graham?

No bigger than 3 to 6 months. Maybe even Newborn.

I’d like to use this bear to soothe extreme anxiety by adding a weighted pad. Is there a zipper in the back? Thank you for your help!

I really like this bear. One of my Springer Spaniels I adopted came to me with separation anxiety and he carries "bear" with him all the time including trips to the Vet. Sorry there is no zipper in back not say you couldn't cut the back and sew it back up or even sew you own zipper in back. Eli just carries " Bear" with him everywhere. That alone has calmed his anxiety tremendiously.
