Vibrationen für eine gute Durchblutung
Ich liebe es, mit dieser Vibrationsplatte nach einem langen Tag Übungen zu machen. Es kribbelt in den trainierten Bereichen, Arme und Beine werden warm und super durchblutet. Meine Lieblingseinstellung ist Programm 1. Sanft und doch stärkend, top zur Lymphdrainage. Vor dem Schlafen gehen eindach super, ich schlafe tatsächlich tiefer. Mit fünf Programmen ausgestattet, genügend Platz auf der Platte, ist dieses Gerät eine super Alternative zum Studio. Mein Gerät steht immer einsatzbereit im Wohnzimmer ohne zu stören. Leise und effektiv. Preis/Leistung klasse! Bin begeistert und daher klare Kaufempfehlung!!

Super zum festigen der Haut und zum abnehmen. Es werden Mukeln beansprucht die man nicht immer bewegt. Habe ein auch für meine Oma gekauft da sie nicht mehr aus dem Bett kommt um ihre wassereinlagerungen zu reduzieren. Sehr empfehlenswert

Ich liebe es!
10 Minuten morgens leicht zum aufwecken und 10 Minuten abends vor dem Schlafen gehen, um die ganze Anspannung des Tages loszuwerden. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich soviel Wohlgefallen an dem Ding finden würde.
