This ice maker works great! I’ve been using it for months now and no issues and makes a lot of ice!

Poor quality
60 days in and the product is broken and won’t make ice. No help from Amazon because it’s outside the return window and no help from the company so I’m stuck with a $350 machine that doesn’t work that I’ve had for 2 months.

Makes ice fast
This has been a very good replacement for our old Scottsman ice maker. It has good capacity and makes a batch of ice about every 12 minutes. Our old one used to take 20. It also costs about a third the price of our old one. It's only been in a few months, so time will tell on the reliability. Great so far.

Makes ice fast!
Works great and makes ice fast! One down side is that it doesn’t act like a freezer so water builds up and needs to be drained often. Though I just hooked the drain hose up to a dog water bowl with a float valve to avoid having to manually drain it.

Does not produce ice cubes - Do not buy!
The advertisement shows ice cubes. This machine does not produce ice cubes. It produces sheets of ice cubes. Because the machine produces sheets instead of cubes, it causes the sheet to lay across the sensor that tells the machine it is full or needs more ice. Thus, a 110 pound bin of cube ice is reduced to about 20 pounds of sheet ice. When i contacted the seller, they told me I would need to break the sheets up into cubes. Nobody wants to bust ice sheets into cubes at 5:00am before going fishing? Also, why would anyone buy a 110 pound ice machine that only produces 20 pounds of sheet ice? The seller is accepting return, but wants me to pay for shipping. Had the machine worked as advertised and I returned it, then i would not be so irritated. My advice to you is do not buy this machine, or anything at all from the sellers named “Simplego”!

Very inconvenient
Showed up dented and not working. Wanted the ice maker to process meat. Ended up having to buy ice
