The part Fit perfectly. And it was easy to install. Worked great,and fix the problem i was having with the door sensor.

I put this on my 09 Silverado crew cab rear door The bad: The small orange clip that holds onto the handle metal piece broke very easily when trying to click it in. Because of this, I had to use the old one from the actuator I was replacing. Thankfully that one is strong enough and didn’t break on me. Also, opening the door isn’t much of a linear action anymore, before I would pull the handle and about half way it would open and it felt like a smooth action. Now it feels like I have to really pull on the handle until the very end to get it to open. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s definitely different from the OEM and even other well known brands. The good: Closing my door feels a lot quieter and firmer. It doesn’t feel loose, worn, and to metal on metal sounds. The remote lock/unlock work perfectly. Opening from the inside handle works perfectly. Overall pleased even with the broken piece.

The install and fit was perfect. Function is perfect. Can't speak to the longevity yet but my I initial impression is that it is comparable to OEM

I have a 2008 Duramax, and my door latch went out. OEM was almost $200, so I found this on Amazon. It was easy to install, is a great price at a fraction of the OEM, and it works perfectly. Would definitely recommend!
