To be honest, this isn't exactly what I think of as a tea. I had a couple of boxes of Caribbean Dreams Ginger Tea in teabags that I brought with me from the Caribbean, and I was looking for more of the same. This version of Caribbean Dreams Ginger Tea comes in powder form in small packets rather than teabags. However, it dissolves instantly in hot water, leaving no residue behind, and it is super gingery. In fact, it's so gingery that I use only half a packet at a time. But I love the taste of the ginger powder even more than the teabags because it is so vibrant and fresh. It's the closest thing to using freshly-sliced ginger that I have come across. I suspect it could be used in cooking when a recipe calls for ginger, but I haven't tried that yet. Highly recommended for ginger lovers!
