The perfect pillow is now travel-sized!
I live my full-size Purple Harmony pillow but can’t take it when I’m traveling. This is just a smaller version and gets me to sleep quickly and keeps me there with its cooling gel and perfect support. With its satin cover that slips over your carryon’s handle it’s easy to take with you when you travel. Well worth the hefty price tag. Accept no imitations.

A lightweight traveler’s guilty pleasure
This is a great travel pillow, doesn’t flatten out and worth the price, but it is a bit heavy, based on the material it’s made from. For a single-bag slow traveler as myself, that’s an important consideration, but I help it out by putting it in a vacuum-sealed bag to save space. That it keeps my face side down cool in hot, humid Southeast Asia dwellings without AC, this is my one guilty pleasure item in my travel bag. I have also used it as a travel cushion to sit on during long bus rides and flights, so it’s not just a sleeping pillow.

Great if you’re already spoiled by Purple pillows—just know it’s pricey and heavy
We use full-size Purple pillows at home, and after a recent hotel stay my partner realized just how accustomed he’d become to the weirdly wonderful honeycomb gel. When I discovered there was a travel version, I was immediately intrigued.It’s very comfortable and feels much more like our regular Purple pillows than I expected, just in a smaller package. The quality is excellent, and I’ve already been using it for lounging on the couch even though I haven’t actually traveled with it yet.The biggest downside is the price—it’s a lot to spend on a travel pillow. It’s also surprisingly heavy, which could matter if you’re trying to pack light or carry it on a plane. Finding a pillowcase was a little annoying too; I ended up using one marketed for a toddler-size pillow.If you’ve already been indoctrinated into the cult of Purple’s honeycomb gel and hate going back to normal pillows, though, this is a really nice travel-friendly option.✅ Pros: Same comfortable Purple feel; excellent quality; much more portable than a full-size Purple pillow❌ Cons: Expensive; heavy for a travel pillow; pillowcases can be harder to find
