Vida Designs Durham Cube Bookcase Storage Organiser Living Room Bookshelf Home Office Furniture (6 Cube, Dark Wood)

This is my fifth and fidliest self assembly furniture that I've ordered. The pegs, parts B&C, are very loose fitting, so expect panels to fall away while you are working on another part of the assembly. I used heavy bags to prevent this. Either assemble on the floor, or bench, if you have one large enough. Allow clearance to be able to move around the assembly. Assemble with the back facing upwards so that you can nail the back panels on. With familiarising myself with what was in front of me, and a quick peruse of the instructions, assembling the nine cube version took me two and a half hours. It's easy to build, just annoying that the pegs don't hold it together while you work on it. Hence fidly. In a small flat with minimal storage, I have been building some. Enter the nine cube book case. Not being able to decide on whether I should go for shelves or drawers, this unit with the five baskets was the ideal choice. The best of both worlds. It looks good too. It's already storing bedding and towels. Some books have arrived, and I may use a cube or two for display purposes. It's really a flexible piece of furniture. I am happy enough with this bookcase to be considering purchacing a few more.

If you want something that is smaller than an Ikea unit then this is ideal. I wanted something that wasn't as big as an Ikea unit or as heavy because I wanted my toddler to be able to use it for putting their school bag on and their coat with and storage for shoes and this has been ideal. It doesn't take up to much space and is light enough for you to be able to move around if you change the layout of your home. It did take some putting together with a lot of screws and some nails that you tack the panels on at the back... it took two adults and one interfering child. The end result is worth it and it's the ideal height for a child to be able to reach things and have it as an independent station. I purchased to of the sea grass baskets to put at the bottom so he can put his shoes and trainers in one and then have hats and scarves in another. The top panels are used for a rucksack and the lunch box and Juice bottle and then I put a hook on the side of it for him to be able to put a coat.

It's a nice shelving unit. Just the material is too thin and some of the nails managed to brake through it, otherwise looks sturdy.

Absolutely awful bought it last week and it’s already snapped. The unit is so wobbly I could push it with one finger. Do not buy waste of money!

Very pleased with this unit. I have put it on its side which works well for a kids room - its more stable and children can reach everything safely. You need a posi- drive screwdriver and a small hammer to assemble it, but its very easy.

Cube storage unit looks OK. Bought black ash veneer. I got my diy man to assemble this for me and he said was easy. Unfortunately the shelf clip that holds a shelf after 2 days, so now it's a 3 cube instead of 4. Also comes up really small as in height and cube space, compared to the kallax & kullen similar cube storage so double check your measurements & space. Also ikea drogna boxes are too big to fit in, which i already had so you have to search for the smaller sizes in boxes. Overall I wouldn't recommend personally.

Couple hiccups early on, wrong colour sent then one went missing and wasn't delivered... lol BUT communication with the seller was super smooth and easy, everything was sorted with minimal dramas and I now have exactly what I wanted, all sorted in less than a week and I'm super happy with it, no complaints with the product whatsoever, great communication with the sellers... Thumbs up... 👍🏼 I feel like my initial blips were a rarity and not a common occurrence so still 5 star because customer service totally made up for what could have been a nightmare... 🙂👌🏼

Could not be more pleased. Have put two of the Cube bookcases back to back in the middle of the room - and they hold all my larger-size books that were difficult to fit into normal-sized shelves, and also look really nice. The sizing was spot-on! If the shelves had been just half an inch less tall, none of my big books wd have fitted in. But the sizing was 100% accurate. And I cdn't be more pleased with the result.

une planche était abimé mais quand vous avez commencer pour le retourné cela n'est pas facile dommage le meuble est bien

El mueble tiene calidad 0 , está montado y atornillado y no para de moverse, se va a caer nada más lo toquemos, menuda estafa, muy, muy mal

Nickel, très simple à monter, pas de soucis de solidité pour l'instant mais ça a l'air de bien tenir, et l'aspect est exactement comme je l'espérais. Elle est spacieuse et bien finie, surtout pour le prix.

Fácil de montar y entran juegos de mesa de tamaño estándar. Hay algunos archivadores que no entran.
