Works well and does what it says it can do
Love this machine. Does everything it says it will do and it does it well. I really like the hot water and steam being super simple as well as the auto brew. Thermal carafe keeps coffee hot. And you can place it on the table at breakfast. Really nice setup.

Coffee IS NOT HOT!!!
This coffeemaker was a huge disappointment. I purchased the stainless because I want my coffee hot when it perks and I want it to stay hot a couple of hours. This coffee comes out lukewarm and stays that way. I have to microwave every cup. It is also a complicated machine. Wish I had sent it back but it was purchased as a Christmas gift and ordered early. Do not recommend.

Lukewarm Coffee at Best
Intentionally paid more for the thermal carafe version of the 4-1 coffee maker. Very disappointed it makes good coffee and the pod options work well so does frother. However it says the thermal carafe keeps coffee “hot” for hours. It should say it keeps coffee “barely lukewarm” for minutes. Every morning I have to microwave my fresh cup of coffee to have hot coffee.

Ideal coffee machine
This has all I wanted. The option for K-cup or Nespresso capsule is ideal for an individual brew along with the steamer nozzle for milk. The 12-cup coffee maker option is ideal for more coffee drinkers. I like the thermal carafe rather than a glass carafe on a hot plate that later tastes burned. I already have a quiet bean grinder so glad it didn't have a built in.

Complete Disappointment!
Had it for 3 months & the only thing I’m not disappointed with is the thermos. It’s not user friendly at all. Both side are leaky. Not worth the price. Very disappointed in one of my favorite brands.

Great addition to our kitchen
Works great, we use all three kinds of coffee it makes (ground, k-cups, nespresso origanal pods) daily.

Not user friendly
We initiated a return after brewing our second pot of coffee. It's clear the single-use pod system is what was focused on in this model as the drip functionality is lacking user-friendly controls, has an entirely separate water reservoir from the pod-based side, does not allow you to choose what size pot you want (like Ninja models do), and the coffee will NOT drip unless you have the top on the carafe leading to an overflow. We'll probably go back to Ninja at this point.
