We like to keep plastic garbage bags and reuse them around the house, but somehow they always ended up in the floor in our utility closet. This little grocery bag dispenser holds a LOT of bags and takes up very little space on the wall. It has held up well through almost daily use - storing and dispensing bags. Definitely recommend this handy little dispenser.

I absolutely love Simplehuman products! This grocery bag dispenser is my favorite—it’s perfect for keeping things organized. The stainless steel design looks fantastic and matches my kitchen appliances, giving it a classy touch. It holds around 30 bags and is super easy to mount. I have it tucked away nicely in my pantry, but it's still super convenient to grab when I need it. Overall, it’s such a great product that’s both stylish and durable. Plus, the price is fantastic! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay organized!

I've never been disappointed with the build quality of simplehuman products, and this bag dispenser is no exception. You may or may not, however, have to make some modifications for mounting this, depending on your anticipated use case(s) and expectations. We wanted a grocery bag holder in our entrance walk-in closet, so this was mounted onto drywall. With respect to capacity, YMMV depending on how you fold/roll bags up, as well as how thick your bags are. With a bit of effort, I can stuff 20 wadded-up Target bags in (relatively thick plastic). Naturally, the more this container is stuffed, the more force required to pull bags out, and subsequently, the more strain placed on the selected mounting solution. In the standard vertical orientation as shown by the manufacturer, stuffing bags in from the top imposes considerable downward stress, while pulling bags out generates quite a bit of lateral strain. I did not even try the tape, as I prefer more permanent solutions for things I plan to use often and for the long-term. In retrospect, an adhesive solution might have yielded equally satisfactory results with considerably less effort, but more on that later. It was immediately obvious that the screw mount would be problematic for various reasons. First, the included screws have head diameters barely larger than the plastic keyhole slots, so I grabbed some washers to ensure proper attachment, as well as to distribute force over a larger surface area. I additionally mounted this with screw anchors (not included). The latter are probably not necessary if you use this gently, but limiting capacity to a dozen or so bags seemed a bit silly vs. taking two minutes to insert plastic wall anchors. I also removed the tape so that the back would be as flush to the wall as possible. This is as far as most people will have to go for a very secure mount. I was satisfied with the install while stuffing bags in (downward force only), but realized that when pulling bags out (lateral force), the unit wobbled. This should have been obvious from the start-- it's exactly what one would expect with only two anchor points along a single plane (vertical). I don't think there would have been any long-term problems (due to the wall anchors + washers), but it was annoying. If you're the kind of person who is bothered by these kinds of details, know that adding anchor points to the corners of this unit involves a rather convoluted process (mainly due to the two top screws that connect the stainless steel front to the plastic back-- these screws are the only two that attach in the back) of taking the entire dispenser apart, drilling holes, partial assembly, mounting, partial disassembly (while mounted), and finally, full assembly. Or, you could flip this upside-down and insert bags through the middle while dispensing from the bottom and move on with your life. With three additional self-drilled mounting points (two on the top and bottom left side corners that experience the most lateral force due to our pulling left-->right + one on the opposite side near the middle), this is rock-solid. I admit it's entirely unnecessary to go to such extremes, and it wouldn't be fair to take off a star due to my personal preference. The star off reflects the fact that it seems impossible to simultaneously stuff 30 bags into the dispenser, mount it with the default options, and not encounter issues down the line. I could be wrong about the stock tape option, but that doesn't excuse the fact that the screw option should include washers (or screws with wider heads at the very least). If I were doing this again, I'd grab some industrial-strength double-sided mounting tape and call it a day.

Very easy to mount. Looks nice, good quality.

I was surprised at the high quality of this unit. Very sturdy for something that only needs to hold used grocery bags. I mounted it on the wall with the 3m stickers. Now, I was a little skeptical as to why we needed this when we had a basket we just threw them into. This unit holds about 30-35 used plastic grocery bags. After filling it up we counted another 40 used bags left in the basket. My question then became, why? So yea, we needed this.

We use some cloth bags for grocery shopping, but we also like to get plastic from time to time because they are perfect for our litter boxes. But, they can pile up quickly and my cats have discovered that they're loads of fun to play with at 3 am in the morning. I try to keep a stash on top of the table in our loft area where the cat litter boxes are kept underneath. But there have been nights where a cat has found it to be great fun to give a swift swat to the bags to the floor so they can shred them & string them across the upstairs. I saw someone recommend one of these on a message board so I hopped over here to check them out. I was surprised that they were under $10. I went ahead & grabbed one. It comes with screws, but it also comes with 3 long 3M adhesive strips on the back so it can be stuck on the wall immediately. I used the strips & let it sit for a few hours & then stuffed a bunch of bags inside. This looks 100% better than the clutter sitting near the litter boxes and keeps them very compacted. Highly recommend!

Finally have a place for all of my bags to live. Before, they were taking up an entire shelf of my cabinet in our very small kitchen. Now these live on the wall in the pantry. Very study, easy to assemble, and durable. Great size capacity for lots of bags, and only draws out one at a time without a bunch flying out onto the ground. Simplehuman is the best!

A good quality and essential organiser item. Looks sleek. Also delivered super quick. I like it!

Sieht toll aus, elegant und praktisch

I like the product. The finishing. The easy installation. To fit more plastic, just fold the plastic in origami style before slotting it in.
