One of those ingredients that you can just tell it's quality. Like, you take a bite and think: "they used the good chocolate." Used this for my chocolate shortbreads because my usual spot was out and it was pure perfection! The cocoa flavor was rich and it blended well into my dough. Will definitely buy again for my holiday baking.

This Cocoa is really perfect for the recipes I make that ask for Cocoa powder. I feel that it's good quality and tastes great. It smells so delicious also. I recommend this for any baking where Cocoa is in the recipe

09/27/2025 This is my first time trying this brand of cocoa powder and so far I have no complaints! I’ve used this Dutch-process cocoa powder in 2 different recipes and they came out just fine. One had to be mixed with water and the other in melted butter. This cocoa powder mixed beautifully in both and wasn’t clumpy at all. The color of this cocoa powder is pretty similar to “regular” cocoa powders (see pic compared to the black cocoa powder). The flavor was great in making a chocolate cake & chocolate buttercream. It smells richer than others so I’m hoping that’s a sign for better quality. I do wish it was cheaper for this size bag you get since I had to use a lot of this (compared to using only a little bit of the black cocoa powder) but I’m still happy with it.
