A sugar substitute where you will not know the difference
It's a well-done product that doesn't have erythritol at all and tastes very much like sugar. It is not 100% monk fruit. It cannot be, because apparently monk fruit is 200 times sweeter than sugar, - This is for reviews saying this is not pure monk fruit. Nobody sells pure monk fruit, or very few people do, and even then they have to blend it with some kind of a carrier, like allulose or some kind of a fibre , if you don't want these alcohol sugars. Overall, a pretty good product. I don't see any aftertaste or anything in my tea, coffee, or in any baked goods. Very good clean product. What I would like to see from them is some kind of certificate of testing. It sounds a little bit too good to be true. Overall, love the product.

Bitter at the end "resembling the taste of stevia"
This is my fourth month ordering this product continuously. The first three orders were great, but the latest batch is quite bitter at the end, resembling the taste of stevia. Disappointed with the sudden change in quality.
