Exactly what I wanted size-wise. I like how all the straps are highly adjustable and the many pockets (my 600ml water bottle fits nicely in the outside pocket).

I had very specific requirements for a backpack and, with the help of Alexa, was able to find and purchase exactly what I needed/wanted. The bag is of high quality in all of its materials. It also has many fine features including security options. The bag is very comfortable, just the right size, and has an attractive, minimalist, low profile style.

Anytime I travel, I consciously know I’m wearing a backpack. Anywhere I go— whether I’m walking or standing in line, I have this uncomfortable feeling in the pit of my stomach that I need to be on the lookout for thieves and pickpockets alike. For years I wore my backpack in the front like a bozo just to avoid that paranoid feeling. When I’m using this backpack, that paranoia disappears. I know if anyone wants to get into my bag, they’ll have to full on assault me and rip it off my body. I’ve gone as far as to throw everything from my pockets into the back compartment just so I don’t have to think about pickpockets. As far as the bag itself: high quality, stylish, durable, all the rest. But the ultimate appeal, is that security and peace of mind. You can’t put a price on that. And for this reason alone I’ve recommended this exact bag to all my relatives. (In case you were curious they all love it as much as I do.) I plan on using this bag for the rest of my life. If it breaks, I will buy another. Note to the manufacturer: please keep putting the zipper locks on the top… it’s nice to know that if someone wants to break into your bag while it’s on your back they’ll have to put their arms up in the air and draw a whole bunch more attention to themselves

I purchased this for an international trip and the size is definitely as described but the capacity isn't what I needed. I was hoping to be able to pack an extra set of clothes, a couple activities and snacks for my toddler on the airplane. It was definitely snug with not much room for anything else. It otherwise is great quality and light weight. I still use for days at the amusement park etc, but do not require the safety functions as much as anticipated. I definitely don't have to worry about my items being taken when I do use it though.

I've always been a big fan of Pacsafe, and this bag did not disappoint. I got this as a gift for my husband to use while traveling and at work, and he instantly loved it. He said it's very comfortable, feels durable, and has the right size/storage capacity for commuting and day trips. He also loves all the bag's security features and feels secure commuting on the subway. I am planning to buy this again for myself.
