I actually did not expect this Zornher ZH870 to be as good as it is and it totally exceeded my expectations for a keyboard manufacturer I had never even heard of. I guess what I'm saying is that this keyboard could compete against well established brands that make peripherals and probably not only match the quality of the competition, they are in my opinion well ahead of some of these well known brands. If Zornher keeps making these keyboards at this quality they could easily become a leading maker of not just "good enough" devices but actual great keyboards to rival some that cost triple and may not give as good of a consumer experience.I'm kind of enamored here with what I get when using this ZH870, it feels wonderful to type on, it looks amazing and has that little extra with the accent trim made of stainless, the design choice is not only attractive and bold, it adds some weight and keeps the board planted where you place it.What I like most about the ZH870 is hard to say because there's so much to like about it but if I had to pick one thing that stands out the most is the feel of the keyboard when using it. It's a simple thing but it just makes the ZH870 stand out and leaves me with a smile every time I press a key. The stabilizers have no issues whatsoever and the keycaps are dye sub.The switches are well lubed, not scratchy, there is no leaf ping and they're not loud or obnoxious, they are perfectly balanced between a thock and a creamy place, but if you don't like the switches you can always change them because the ZH870 is hot swappable.While I know some will not like the way the legends are printed on the keycaps, but as you can tell from the images, the legends are easy to see, also they are so attractive and the design Sea Moonlight feels calming to me.The case is about 95% plastic but does not feel or look cheap at all and with the stainless accents it gives the ZH870 some edginess. The RGB lovers will probably be quite happy too because it's bold and bright with 22 on board profiles and 16.8 million colors to play with in the custom software. There is no QMK/VIA or web based configurator available which results in a 4 star keyboard. Zornher should at the very least provide a web based software to program/customize the keyboard.The ZH870 is tri-mode wired/wireless Bluetooth and 2.4G with all the toggle switches right there on the top edge making it simple to use and you don't have to remove keycaps to turn wireless on/off. The ZH870 is compatible with many devices so you can use it in multiple ways, for example: gaming consoles, smart tvs, tablets (Android/iOS) along with Win and Mac desktops or laptops. This makes it an attractive option and is like a Swiss army knife for keyboards. I do think a 4000mAh battery is going to keep you in wired mode for recharging often if you want to use RGB unplugged. At the minimum I'd suggest Zornher boost the capacity to at least 5000mAh because for an 80% keyboard 4000mAh just is not sufficient unless you turn off RGB and I like my RGB on.***NOTE: I did see on the product page that Zornher says the keyboard has 2 stage adjustable kick stands but it does not. If you need the adjustable feet then do know it is not a feature of the keyboard. They may have planned at one time to add them but they are not there and they did not edit the promotional page.All in all the ZH870 is a banging good keyboard, feels awesome to type/game on and looks really great on my desk. I have used it for a few days now and I have not had any issues at all. I really like it a lot and can recommend it with out any concern whatsoever. It is a keyboard that should make anyone's list of budget peripherals that do not look, feel, sound or perform like a cheap board.

This mechanical keyboard works great. The keys have a smooth, velvety feel that's very comfortable to use. With a light action, they don't wear you out the way that some clicky keys will do. Part of this effect comes from the plastic in the keycaps. Also, I really like that the arrow, space, and WASD keys are textured, so you're always getting tactile feedback. The backlighting is also excellent. (There is a Windows driver available from the manufacturer). There are numerous lighting effects, and they're well done, especially when slowed down. These "topographic" keycaps really look great with the backlighting.The topographic lines are translucent, so the whole keyboard comes alive.

Colors are pretty, but there is no set of number keys.The navigation keys are in a strange location.The keycaps are blank.I guess "Keycaps with Clear Legends" means no label on top oF the keys. Who knew?I had to lift the board up to eye level to look at the front of the keys to know what letters they are, because that's where they put the key labels..I don't need the keys labelled for the QWERTY board, but the other keys need to be labelled. Even that wouldn't be so bad if there were decent instructions,The lack of clear instructions was the biggest reason this gets only three stars.I was able to figure out how to make the colors change, but as far as mapping the keys, or configuring keys, you have to download the driver (It doesn't tell how to do that, nor what the URL is for doing that (and there are no instructions for what to do when you do download the driver. So essentially, the keyboard was useless to me.I guess if flashing lights is important, this keyboard would be great, but the lights just blind me to the faint marks on the front of the keys, which I need to see to tell what the key label is.

Great keyboard! I mean just look at it! I was skeptical at first about the front lettering rather than the top lettering but I'm more convinced now that front lettering is the way to go. It sounds amazing with a solid thud and I can't seem to stop typing on it. The wireless I haven't tried as I like my keyboards usually wired for the least amount of latency but this guy has been great so far wired. Can't complaina nd I mean the gradation on the keycaps looks amazing!
