Very helpful for wrist/hand surgery rehab. This is a 7 lb resistance bar & works well in rehab. Can twist left to right, bend up, bend down.

I bought this to help strengthen my wrists, after using one at physical therapy. I have not used it as much as I planned so need to get back into it.
