I love this product! I use it in my baby’s room, and it works great. The customer service has also been excellent. When the plug stopped working, I emailed them and they sent me a replacement incredibly quickly. There was no hassle or complicated process, and I really appreciated how easy they made everything. As for the product itself, the lighting is subtle enough that it doesn’t interfere with my baby’s sleep, and it’s very quiet. It’s easy to refill and holds a good amount of water, so I’m not constantly having to refill it. I also really like being able to manage it from my phone and check things like the room temperature and humidity. It’s especially convenient for a baby’s room because I can keep an eye on everything without having to go in and disturb her. Overall, I’ve been really happy with it. I would absolutely purchase it again and would definitely recommend it to other parents.

There are some basic flaws in this device and it has leaked water a bunch of times rendering it unusable when I need it the most (when my child has a cold or something). First, the auto mode does not seem to turn on the machine. Say I set the humidity to 55 in auto. The machine will turn on and run till it brings the room to that humidity, and then shut off. Now you’d expect it starts back on if humidity falls below but it doesn’t. For that you need to set up an automation/scene. Next, and this is a very specific scenario but it has happened a few times with me, if the machine is running and you switch it off, it goes into a dry cycle. But if you turn it ON again (say you switched it off by mistake or something, believe me it will happen) the machine makes a loud swooshing sound and leakes water. Your air and wick filters are now fully wet. The maintenance is not easy too. There are too many parts that can catch mold after the wick filter too.

I love this humidifier! I ordered it for my room with my new born and the ease and notifications of it are so helpful. The app tells me when it needs to be refilled, with the parts need to be dried or cleaned, and gives me the option to have the settings on auto so it keeps my room at a consistent humidity level. The adjustable night light is so helpful with nightly feedings and you can adjust the color so it is a warm color. The sound is so minimal when on Auto I don't even know it is on. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is when I set the auto to 50% humidity, it doesn't seem to get above 45%.

This humidifier is so much better than misting humidifier I bought from the same manufacturer 2 or 3 years ago . The evaporative humidifier is so much easier to maintain especially if you use distilled water like I do . I get up to 3 weeks of use before I take it apart to clean it . It usually doesn’t really need much servicing even after 3 weeks of being used every night. I read the reviews of this machine before I purchased it on Amazon and took note of one particular review in which the person recommended using the turbo speed to dry out the wick after each use . It really pays off to do this because after almost 3 months of use, the wick still has 83% life left in it. I do plan on changing both the wick and air filter at the 3 month period as recommended by the manufacturer. One of the best features is that the remote sensor sits on my nightstand and I can look at it to see what the current humidity and temperature is in our bedroom. I’m extremely happy with my purchase of this humidifier .
