Good taste and plenty of energy

Before I tried the white gummy, I tried the blue razz I wasn't a fan of blue razz flavor but I liked how it got me pumped before a workout. Especially if I was feeling like I had no energy that day. The white gummy taste WAY better but it definitely does not get me pumped at all. I might feel a little something but nothing like the blue razz.

I like that it gets me energized but I don’t crash from it. The energy coasts down after my workout, and I don’t get the awful tingles! Great flavors, too

Taste good and boost energy

It has a good taste but it isn’t quite a sour gummy bear taste. Besides the slight miss in taste, it’s still delicious.

I really wanted to do a complete and effective review of this. Unfortunately, when I got it, I had kind of a an annoying injury, so I didn't work out for the first few weeks. Then I wanted to have my wife and (22 y.o.) son try the stuff as well to get a decent sampling. We just finished the last scoop yesterday. First of all, let's get this out there: There's quite a bit of caffeine in this. If you've got an issue with that, you're not going to like this stuff. My wife couldn't decide if she liked the effect or not, but each time mentioned that it made her face tingle. BUT, she definitely had good workouts following it, so it really wasn't a big deal to her. The workout was ultimately what mattered. Now... to be clear, I normally go for whatever pre-workout is cheapest. Not always, but that's my usual go-to. I too really like the stuff. I'm not going to sit here and in good conscience say "MY WORKOUTS WERE AMAZING ON THIS STUFF! BEST EVAR!!!" But still, it works. I too had sort of a "tingly face" effect after taking it. And for the most part (we all have off days) my workouts were pretty good with it. I didn't have any noticeable "crash" effect following it, but then again, I don't think I'm as sensitive to caffeine as others might be. (And to be honest, I'm not sure if caffeine is what causes the tingling anyway...) But ultimately, it does what it's supposed to do: help give you a better workout.

Came with a hole in the seal product was clumpy and hard I was rlly looking forward to trying this flavour too it was really disappointing when it arrived
