Excellent Product
My friend told me about this product a while ago and I had never purchased it until recently. It works as described. No cramping just gentle movement. Highly recommend this and use as directed. It's great for maintenance as well.

Constipation killers
This stuff gets things really moving. It works well and take about 12 to 18 hours to fully kick in. Do not take these if you won't be near a restroom. No road trips or long shopping stops. I'm not joking. When they kick in, you have 24 hours or more of them continuing to work... really well. Drink lots of water.

Very effective product.
These are amazing. One or two at night for relief in the morning. No cramping whatsoever. My GI doctor said that they were natural and very safe for long periods of time.

Use correctly. Very effective, no cramping.
Works very good. Even just 1 pill. Can take 24-48 hrs. No cramping or diarrhea. Drink lots of water. Don’t take it daily. It is a laxative & you could become decent on it. But it helps especially if u have issues when traveling.

I am not sure what to tell you.
I have a colon that just doesn't move the waste along anymore. Everything I eat simply sits. I eat an extremely high fiber diet consisting in fresh fruits and vegetables and some chicken and a good amount of fish. I do not eat sugar, salt, or any processed foods. I drink fermented tea and eat yogurt for good gut health, all to eliminate health problems that would require taking medication. I am retired now but use to have a very physical job doing landscaping work. I got plenty of exercise from my work. My colon worked very well, but two years ago all that stopped like someone had flipped a switch. At the time I was still working and eating healthy, but could no longer move the bowels. Doctors came up with no answers, as they didn't find anything to fix, as there was nothing to fix, but I remained with the problem. I have had some success with your product. I hope it will continue to work at least somewhat. Things tend to work for a while but then stop. I hope I have better success with your Cape Aloe. Thank you.

Really works
Been using different products for years.. tried this product & i go every day..make sure ur gonna b home or near a bathroom a couple of hrs after taking.. smh HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! If u need an extra boost take a teaspoon of castor oil with this pill.. You’ll see lol

A great and easy to use product.
A reasonably priced Cape Aloe product. No cramps or extra gas.

Did not work for me
I’m glad some people had good results with this product but It did absolutely nothing for me. I won’t be buying this again.
