BISSELL TurboClean PET, Upright Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner, 3948

So easy to assemble, use and clean!!! I was quoted 300.00+ for a professional carpet cleaner to do my 2,000 sq ft home which was unaffordable for me. I bought this and have used it for my entire house. It did a fantastic job, suction was great carpets weren’t to damp. The tank is easy to fill and the dirty water was easy as well. I used one tank of clean water per room. It’s lightweight easy to move around. Can’t say enough good things about this carpet cleaner!

I highly highly recommend this product. I have 3 children, one of which is 16 months old and spills her snacks everywhere, not to mention all the leaky cups that contain milk. We usually rent a carpet cleaner from our local store every couple months and it cost around $100 after everything is all said and done, to only use it for 24 hours. THIS ONE specifically also has a wand to do furniture as well. Which is what sold me, not to mention the price. I paid $140 to be able to clean my carpets whenever I want. The clean water tank is small, so you do have to fill it a few times to get 1 room done. As well as dirty water, a couple empties. But its honestly not that big of a deal. It's very easy to clean when you're done using it also. The spray and suction are strong, and its relatively quiet compared to others I've used. It's also small and easy to store, which does make you have to do more passes to get the floors done. It also has little tips printed right on the machine to help you maintain the best outcome. For instance it says on the dirty tank "if motor sound changes or suction gets weak, empty dirty tank before cleaning further". Which i found super helpful and that did in fact happen to me, and as someone who doesn't FULLY read the user guide, it was nice to have that staring right at me when it happened lol. I will say, get some pre-carpet clean stain spray, let it soak, and take a scrub brush to it for a couple seconds to get the best results (if you have bad stains or food or anything stuck in the carpet.

This is the third version of a BISSELL TurboClean style upright carpet cleaner I've owned. This one is much lighter than my older two - which I appreciate. It may be smaller and lighter, but it's mighty! It cleans incredibly well and sucks the water out of my carpets better than my previous heavier models. The downside to this model is you have to dump the tank a lot more. If you look at the size of the collection tank, you'd think it would hold a lot, but it doesn't. I'm willing to deal with that because it does such a great job - and I have cream colored carpet and two dogs that are in and out of the house frequently. If you've had the older models, you know that they were difficult to thoroughly clean before putting them away. This model addressed all those issues and is a breeze to go through and clean before storing. That's a big win in my book! So far, I'm very pleased with this purchase and recommend it - especially if you have limited space to store your carpet cleaner.

We have three dogs, two that shed, and an older house, so I wanted something I could pull out on deep-cleaning days to keep our area rugs from making the house smell like dog. We’ve used this on everything from puppy accident stains to regular cleaning, and it does a great job of making our rugs look and smell fresh again. We have an 8x10 rug by our back door that gets a ton of traffic, and usually two passes has it looking good again. I vacuum first to pick up most of the dog hair, but the suction is great and the cleaner does collect whatever hair is left behind. It’s very easy to fill, empty and clean, and I usually only have to dump the dirty water tank once while cleaning an entire 8x10 rug. It’s also lightweight, easy to maneuver, has a good cord length and doesn’t take up a ton of space to store. I’ve had another BISSELL carpet cleaner in the past that gave us problems, so I was a little hesitant about buying another one, but this one has held up great. We’ve even loaned it to friends to clean the carpets in their new house and they had great results with it too. It isn’t the quietest vacuum I’ve ever used but it’s not unbearable. It is definitely durable as most vacuums only make it a couple months before I give up on them. This one has lasted almost a year. I would absolutely buy it again. 5/5 stars.

Works well! Easy to use, disassemble and clean. Made minority white rug look clean again and did a great job when. My puppy had gastrointestinal issues. Rugs were perfect after cleaning. Wish I would have brought it sooner!
