Plenty strong suspension straps and stretch bands. Use structural bolts to lock this down. I apply at least 500lb impact loads to this eye and it hasn't move at all. Looks good too.

Wow! These hooks are incredibly high quality—far exceeding my expectations. They are exceptionally strong and appear to be a single, solid piece of cast steel. When I first installed a sensory swing in my basement, I purchased it from a reputable company I trusted, and it came with similar ceiling hooks. So when I needed additional hooks, I knew exactly what I was looking for. These did not disappoint! They are impressively durable—probably overkill for my needs—but they provide total peace of mind.

We used this in a basement ceiling joist to hang our son's sensory swing. I used a number 13 ratcheting wrench to tighten the bolts and it was easy enough, and I don't have particularly strong arms. I haven't installed the second one but if we ever want to get a swing or trapeze or something, I'll just install the second hook on the next joist. I'll probably avoid using the same joist because I'm paranoid about weight distribution even though it's for kids who right now are under 40 lbs. They do grow after all.

Rock solid once installed perfect for my heavy duty resistance bands. Only complaint I have is the small piece of paper in the box doesn’t tell you what size drill bit you need so I ended up having to start small and work my way up until the hole was big enough for the bolt to bite into the wood and screw in.

The reason I bought these kind of hooks is because the ones that look like X’s made annoying clicking sounds when I spun, or I swung in circles. So I was relieved after getting these up and these hardly making too much sound. They hold me just fine (but I’m hardly 100 pounds) - I’m happy 👍🏻

I am super happy with the quality of this mount. I wanted something I new could take the abuse of my kids swinging side to side on the climbing rope in our garage. I did place a board between the mount and the drywall, I was afraid it would flex and dig into the drywall, or I would not be able to get it as tight as I wanted. It works great and have had no issues. You can tell just holding it, that it is a well made product. Would not hesitate to buy again if I needed another.

This was much bigger and beefier than I expected. It will make a great anchor for gymnastic rings in my garage. I was very impressed by the quality.
