I buy a lot of things on Amazon and this is the first time I've been so impressed with a product I had to tell others how great it is. For the past few days I had a very sore, stiff neck. I went for a massage and that helped a little but within a few hours I was in pain again. Pain relievers didn't work. I was kept awake one night with the pain and went on Amazon to order this for same day delivery. I am amazed how well it worked! Of course it's painful at first to have it knead a tight neck muscle but keep going and it will do the trick. The design of this works so well because it allows you to ease up or adjust the pressure in the moment without touching the controls. Today I woke up and no pain! My neck muscle is no.longer tight, knots all worked out. Wish I would have bought it the very first day!

I've had this for years!! This is amazing and works wonderfully, it's so easy to use with the handles making it seamless to move around your neck and back! Can definitely be used in other areas too, I love massaging my calves and feet! It's lightweight, great quality, it's held up for years!! Portable, the heat is a nice addition and also you can choose to use it, choose harder massage, and other options.

It’s good and it function as it’s supposed to, but it’s not quite as comfortable as other ones I’ve had. For the roughly $20 USD paid, it works good enough and does the job. I just wish it fit the neck a little more comfortably.

I don’t think i’ve ever wrote a review on amazon but this I must. I have major back problems i’m always going to my local spa to get massages but THIS is perfect for me. I was surprised at how strong this is. It’s not that strong when you are laying on your stomach and just have it laying on your back so I suggest laying on your back and having it under you to feel how strong it really is. I love the heating feature. I also love how it rotates. The only thing I don’t love about it is the fact you have to keep it on the charger the whole time while it’s in use. other than that AMAZING

If there was an option of 10 stars, I would have to give it that! Just the right amount of pressure. I have used on my neck, upper and lower back. The heat is just the right temperature, as well. I bought these for myself and an employee to help with neck and back tension from sitting at a desk all day. Superb. P.S. The Spa channel on Sirius XM is 746... play for optimum relaxation. Solid.

love this device! i can target the muscles and knots that are tight and sore, can adjust the pressure with my arms, change rotation direction, and speed. I would definitely buy it again.

Good so far. Wish the massaging tool inside could be changed into a gentler tool though becaue it feels great on big muscles but hurts the smaller ones. Heat doesnt work so might return

I bought this neck and body massager expecting mild relief, some low powered joke that would sort of work but only if you hold it this certain way. What I got instead was a full-blown spiritual awakening. This thing doesn’t just massage, it negotiates peace treaties with sore muscles. Life after is HD with surround sound. If this massager ever breaks, I will hold a small but emotional ceremony in its honor. Highly recommend to anyone with muscles, stress, or a pulse.
