Genesis Holistic Health Wild Yam Roll On Oil for Women, Organic

This was recommend to me from a coworker for my perimenopause symptoms. I used it for a couple months before deciding to try BHRT instead. However, I gave it to my teenage daughter who struggles with very intense hormone fluctuations and imbalance. Before starting this she was like any other teenager with crazy hormones... depressed some days, angry and explosive other days, really up and down all over the place. She has been using this for about 3 months now and the up and down has almost completely gone away. She is significantly less explosive, doesn't start crying randomly anymore, and states that she feels more "calm" throughout her cycle changes now.
