Do both models (overnight, weekender) come with a shoulder strap?

I have the weekender and it does come with a detachable shoulder strap in addition to the backpack straps and both the top and side grab handle. I don't own the overnight bag but it appears from the photos that it doesn't have the shoulder strap.

Is this small enough to have under my seat so that I can use a seperate bag as a carry-on?

9x14x23" is the smallest underseat space on pretty much any mainline aircraft. Some seats on some regional jets are smaller. Keep in mind if you put a bag that fills up that space, there's no room for your feet under the seat in front of you.

Weight? Dimensions? Why aren't there pics of the laptop compartment? Basic details missing.

Weight- depends on what you put in it but empty its really light (idk maybe 2 pounds) yet durable. Dimension- this question has been answered numerous times sorry but you can scroll through to find them. Pics-as I am doing this on a phone not sure how to attach them but I can tell you this. I have the weekender bag. My laptop is 15” x 10” x 1” and it fits fine with room to spare. The smaller compartment is great for smaller tablet devices. I had my personal laptop, work laptop, iPad, Nintendo Switch, plus their various accessories (Switch Dock, controllers, cables. And still had room for toiletries a hoodie, and pjs. It was a longer than weekend trip so I needed a small overhead sized luggage for other cloths and holiday gifts.
