Like not having an antenna at all!
I lost my antenna in a car wash and was driving around for a while without one until I could get it fixed. I decided to buy this one to use for local driving (I don't live in a rural area) and not have to worry about going into the car wash. I'd switch to the longer "official" antenna for road trips. Well, after getting the "official" antenna replaced, the reception was clear and perfect. I received the stubby and per my plan, switched it onto my minivan for local use. Well, it was like being back to no antenna at all again. Absolutely useless. Don't waste your money.

Sleek looking antenna!
This antenna looks real nice on our 2014 Sienna. Easy installation and aesthetically gives the van additional swagger. If you are hesitant because of the gold "Stubby Antenna" branding printed at the base like I was, don't worry... it sits deep and gets covered up. Also when tightening during install, the logo somehow faces inward towards the vehicle.I would have gave it 5 stars but it's not perfect. There is a slight loss in reception, very minor but noticeable.I am very happy with this purchase and obviously looks way better than the stock antenna.

Works Great!
Very pleased with this antenna. The company was straight forward when I received the antenna and said they would help me make it fit if needed and would refund my money if the product did not work.Well ... I’m pleased to share it works well and looks great! No more issues with car washes and it makes the car look hip and trendy!!

Very cool antenna
I bought the antenna for a 2004 Toyota Sienna. Installing it was a snap: unscrew old antenna, take out broken base, push in (this required some strenght) new base, screw in new antenna. No problems at all and it looks cool.Reception actually improved over old antenna but is not perfect. There are areas where a bit of static can be heard. In all I am very happy with it.

for our toyota sienna
Just replaced out BMW wagon with a sienna for more space since the kids are getting much bigger. Surprised this little thing picks up stations within the NYC tristate area. were in NJ but get all the stations.

A good but not perfect solution
The whip antenna on my 2011 Sienna van suddenly snapped off when I was driving about 60 mph. Inspection revealed the failure occurred just above the threaded section at the bottom of the antenna. Thus, it was easy to remove the threaded remainder. The Stubby Antenna was easy to install and is smarter in appearance than the whip antenna it replaced. The Stubby performs reasonably well, but not quite as well as the whip antenna did. Listening to FM with the new Stubby, there is more variability in volume as I drive along a highway, and occasionally when I change direction the station either gains or loses volume. Also, for both FM and AM, I believe I lose signal more quickly when I'm driving away from the station's physical location. Still, its a good solution to a vexing problem: no need to remove the Stubby when I go through a car wash.

Didn't notice any reception improvement
I think the antenna doesn't deliver what's promised. It was easy to install, but I didn't notice any signal improvement.

Did not fit my car
It all looks great but didn't fit in the car. What makes it even worse is that I had to pay for my own shipping so I lost $5 out of the deal.
