This coffee machine is very easy to use and clean making it suitable for daily home use. It makes good coffee for the price and comes with an anti-drip feature that helps prevent spills. The keep warm plate keeps the coffee hot after brewing and its capacity is enough for a small family. Overall, it is a good basic coffee machine for anyone who wants simple brewed coffee at an affordable price.

Pros: Compact size, can make around 4 cups (large ones) easily despite its size, very easy to setup and works fine in a no nonsense way. It looks good as well. Value for money product. Cons: Build can be improved specially the top lid of the coffee pourer, feels pretty cheap and flimsy. Warranty registration form has no submit button after filling up (which is pretty weird, maybe its a technical glitch thru safari browser, not sure) Overall it is a proper vfm coffee machine. Long term durability is yet to be determined.

I am extremely disappointed with Wonderchef's after-sales service. I raised a service request on June 11, 2026. A service engineer was assigned the very next day, but he did not visit for the next five days. I had to repeatedly call both the engineer and Wonderchef customer support multiple times just to get the visit scheduled. When the engineer finally arrived, he informed me that the coil was faulty and needed replacement. However, he came without any spare parts and stated that a replacement coil would have to be ordered, which would take another 5–6 days. I fail to understand why a technician would visit without carrying commonly required replacement parts, especially when a faulty coil is a frequent issue in such appliances. Even after this, the issue remains unresolved, and I am still waiting for the engineer to return and complete the repair. Every step of the process has required constant follow-up from my side. Escalation emails are equally frustrating, as they only generate standard responses such as, "We are following up with the relevant team," with no actual resolution. What makes this even more disappointing is that the product is covered under a 2-year warranty and has barely worked for around 3 months before developing a major fault. If this is the level of service provided in a Tier-1 city like Bangalore, I can only imagine the experience customers in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities might face. I would strongly advise potential buyers to consider the quality of Wonderchef's after-sales support before making a purchase.

This coffee machine is amazing. It's so compact and very easy to install. We can use this one on daily basis. This coffee machine attractive in design and give a nice look on kitchen counter. Easy to clean and goid option for small family. Overall a good option for who wants simple brewed coffee at an affordable price.

I use the Wonderchef Swift Brew Coffee Machine daily, and it does exactly what I need. It brews smooth, hot coffee quickly, and the one-button operation makes mornings easy. The anti-drip feature keeps my counter clean, and the keep-warm plate is useful when I pour a second cup. Compact, reliable, and worth the price from Wonderchef.

It's very difficult to pull the jar in and out of the base smoothly. You also need to pull the coffee powder holder sideway, and again it's not smooth, you cannot pull it sideway without knocking the coffee pot off the base a little at the bottom. The design is not good. It did the job we did get coffee made every morning, but just the user experience is not great, I don't particular wanting to use it unless it's necessary... But considering the price, guess I cannot complain to much, I shouldn't have gone with the cheapest one... considering buying a new one...
