Is good. But normal erasers dont fit it cuz you need this little metal thingy but if you get the right erasers they'll have spares in the case.

not a horrible pencil, but it does have some strong cons:-the eraser is useless because it doesn't fit tight. it falls out easily. i pulled mine out and replaced it with a cap eraser. huge con.-the pencil should be a little shorter. it just doesn't need to be as long as it is. add a cap eraser for functionality and you have a wand that ain't magic.-the lead wobbles a little in the tip. the tip is a little too big and the lead isn't snug, therefore it wobbles a bit.*however, there are a couple strong pros that make this pencil somewhat close to being worthy:-very good plastic. i like the hex-turned-round barrel. the shape is nice and the plastic seems to be stout.-very good brass clutch. i'm not a fan of plastic clutches, so this is a huge plus to me.-i like the short metal tip for writing. the lead can be advanced a ways if i ever need to use it for templates (i won't)in the end, my pragmatic view would be that this pencil doesn't even compete with the pentel p209 (the obvious contender). if the forte pro 0.9mm was still on the market, it would also blow this thing out of the water.a few obvious and easy nips and tucks would make this pencil a strong contender, in my opinion.*EDIT*i was playing around with my old pencils and found out that the eraser and pocket clip from an old pentel forte actually work very good with this unit. measured the eraser width and came up with 7mm. here's a link for the erasers. you're welcome:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00006IFB5/ref=psdc_1069790_t1_B001HA8T4G
