I researched the reviews on these pretty heavily before purchasing because I had already tried a different type that honestly did not work very well. These, however, have been excellent. They work exactly as hoped and allow me to use my Nespresso machine with other coffees that I already enjoy, including some blends that are a little milder than the standard Nespresso pods. They’ve also been a huge cost saver over time. I like having more flexibility with the coffee I use instead of being limited to specific pods, and these make that really easy. Cleanup is simple as well — honestly no messier than brewing a very small pot of coffee. Overall, I’m extremely happy with them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to get more use and versatility out of their machine.

These work great, save $ on coffee

I bought these reusable lids for my Nespresso Vertuo pods in an attempt to be more eco-friendly, convenience, and save money, but unfortunately, they have been nothing but hassle and a complete disappointment. Firstly, the fit is awkward—while they technically sit on the pods, they don’t create a proper seal, leading to inconsistent brewing and sometimes even leakage. I’ve tried multiple pods and adjustments, but the issue persists. The coffee doesn’t come out properly; it’s either too weak or too bitter. Another major flaw is the hole in the lids. This exposes the coffee to environmental factors, which significantly alters the taste. If you’re pre-filling pods in advance, like I often do, this becomes an even bigger problem. The coffee quality deteriorates quickly, and the flavor changes noticeably, especially after just a day or two of storing the pre-filled pods. I really wanted to like these, but after using them for a week, I don’t think they’re the best option for me. There are definitely other ways to be eco-conscious and still get great coffee quality. They may work better for others, but I won’t be using these again.

I am sooooo glad I finally found reusable pod tops for my Nespresso! I simply kept some used Nespresso pods, dumped out the coffee, cleaned them out, and refuse them. Super simple!

I tried a few different methods using reusable pods in my Nespresso Vertuo. The machine broke after about 2 months. I don’t think it’s meant to accommodate refillable pods. I had to return the Nespresso machine and bought a Cuisinart 4-in1 barista machine. That one allows for making drip coffee in a glass carafe using a reusable filter, and it accommodates stainless steel Keurig refillable pods and the tiny ones for espresso. Works well!

These have worked great. It took a week or two of experimenting (2 cups a day) to find out exactly how full to fill them and how tightly to pack the grounds. Too full or too tightly packed (or both) and the Vertuo won’t complete the brew. It also caused the descaling light (half red, half green) to come on. I descaled, and it was back in within a few days. I don’t know if that’s because I hadn’t yet found the correct amount, or if the caps cause an issue with them machine. I still need to descale again. What I’ve found is that the grounds should only come up to within a centimeter or so of the top of the capsule. There should be enough room for the lid to fit on without pressing into the grounds. And it should be packed very lightly, being sure to pack around the edges too. We only fill the scooper that came with it about 90% of the way with finely ground coffee. And there’s no need to use the brush - just use the scoop to lightly tap the sides of the capsule after you’ve packed the grounds. With those parameters I haven’t had another issue for a couple of weeks with a brew stopping. They come out perfect every time. We pick up a bag of beans at Costco for around $15, and that bag will give me and my wife 2 cups a day for almost 3 weeks. We are saving a TON over the Nespresso capsules. This will be our go to until Nespresso allows third parties to sell Vertuo capsules, which should be about the same time as the sun burns out.

It works well! It’s reusable so it helps to save money than buying a one time use ones. The picture shows it gets darker because I have been using it for several times. Will recommend!

Love these, i have a Delonghi Vertuo Latissima. These work perfectly with the machine, they fit like a glove and they are easy to remove after you finish with the coffe. They seem durable , but i only just got them, will see after a month.

The product is really good, I am surprised by the outcome. Using the reusable lids makes a cup of coffee way affordable. Make sure you don't over stuff the pod will coffee powder. It will take couple of trys to perfect it. Over all love the product
