Lord this is delicious!!!
The taste of childhood, (one of them), if not my favourite,haven't had this in many yrs, had no idea what it was called, with any fish or meat and fresh rice, maybe some fish sauce and veggies, as plain as that may sound, it is incredibly satiating, will always be a cupboard staple from her, love the palm sugar In this, (didn't realise as a child it is what made it so delicious, very different had they added sugar, for example), real Thai food and condiments blows my socks off.

Like being back in Thailand
Having spent nearly a month in Thailand at the beginning of the year, I came home to the UK, disheartened. The food in Thailand was a taste sensation. But, sourcing ingredients for the meals I ate over there was proving, somewhat, difficult. I looked for recipes for "that taste of Thailand" but struggled to find the one Thai chili paste/jam in local shops. Came to Amazon, found the "Taste of Thailand" and ordered a couple of jars. Just opening that jar made me feel like I was transported back to Thailand. The scent immediately woke my love up and I have been using this paste ever since. So delighted with it that I bought a couple of jars for my daughter and one for my sister (who both wanted that "taste" as their food love was stuck in Thailand) and, they too, were absolutely thrilled to finally find something that would fit those Thai recipes. Can't fault this paste. Just incredible!

Delicious as always
My family has been using this brand for years. It’s delicious as always. I usually use it for cooking but my daughter likes eating it from the bottle as a sauce. My first bottle was delivered unsealed. I feedback to the Essence of Thailand and was promptly delivered a new bottle. Trustworthy & excellent service. I will definitely buy from Essence of Thailand again.
