Like many people, I had some health concerns about MSG, but I did some research and concluded that the MSC scare is really nothing more than media hype. And since I was looking for a good alternative to salt, I decided to give this a try.MSG doesn't really change the flavor of food, but rather seems to enhance it a bit. I've used this on many different kinds of food (meat, fish, vegetables, etc.) and I've just started adding it to my spaghetti sauces. It makes a low-sodium diet a lot more palatable.This was a little pricier than most grocery store spices, but it can be hard to find, and a little goes a long way, so I think it's a fair value for the money.

What else can you say. It is MSG it makes everything taste better. I put it on my steak and homemade fries and everyone wants more. Just sprinkle a little or a lot on. Easy to open and use. Good value for quantity.
