Q: I am looking for a hot chocolate mix without milk, so I was looking for something that substitutes soy milk. Is this the product for me?

This is an instant mix that you add to milk. I suppose you could use almond or soy milk but not quite as tasty. Adding it to water would not be something that I would do.

Q: where is this product made? and where is it packaged? two different questions

The package says product of Switzerland. I read German and there’s nothing on the package that says where it’s packaged.
