I’ve been using the ECOVACS N30 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum Cleaner for the past four months, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made for my home. I struggle with back pain, and cleaning—especially mopping and bending to reach corners—used to make it much worse. This robot has completely changed that. The N30 Pro Omni handles vacuuming and mopping automatically, and it consistently keeps my floors spotless without me needing to lift a thing. The suction is powerful, the mapping is accurate, and the OMNI station takes care of washing and drying the mop pads, which is a huge bonus. It reaches edges, under furniture, and places I used to struggle with. After four months, it’s still performing like new, and my home stays cleaner than ever—with zero back strain. If you’re looking for a robot cleaner that truly reduces physical effort and keeps your home looking great, this is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

so far so good have been using since i purchased not every single day but yes alternate day. Almost 5 months works good only thing is it has weird smell while wiping the floor as i dont use any soap or disinfectant to its tank thinking it would spoil it. cleaning it is a mess obviously it needs to be cleaned and i totally get it but it does take time. Have to always keep charging. one star less as it is very noisy and irritates me whenever i have to clean and am around it. otherwise cleaning is perfect no issues just keep yours charging cables above other wise it will take them and will get stuck around them.

Hi Ecovacs team We purchased Omni N30 pro robot in Oct 25, after using it for 2 months it started giving problems for mopping, the tray is getting filled with dirty water again and again. We somehow managed to get the service center details which is almost 30 kilometers from my home. We gave the entire robot set over there for repair. After 10 days we tried to reach the service center and no one was responding. I again went there to check. They kept it for 4 weeks and returned it back saying that they changed the station and it's working fine But after using it for 2 days the same problem started again, we again managed to get hold of service center person and asked to change the entire product. He said the service center company is third party and gave number of ecovacs representative. Now from last 3 days i am trying to talk to the evovacs representative but no luck, not picking phone not responding on message. Now we are in trouble. Can amazon take this seriously and try to help here?? Choosing 1 star as it is mandatory to choose otherwise it is not worth of any star

I wouldn’t recommend it. It barely does the job. 2 stars only because it cleans itself. Vacuum: Suction is not that great, it only has one side brush and doesn’t get everything. So you have to pass it more than once. Wash mopping: The rotating brushes are very good however it leaves some kind of residue behind that look like small dots everywhere so you have to pass by hand a wet cloth to remove the traces of wheels and those dots. Battery life: I live in a one bed- 2 baths and the battery only lasts for 2 rounds of vacuuming without mopping and has to go charge. The mopping takes less battery. Overall not great, if I could return it I would. I expected more from ECOVACS as I had a previous machine that was amazing for 3 years and a half. Also the drying time is minimum 2 hours FYI

I’ve been using the product for 3 months and I’m regretting the purchase. My challenges with it: 1. It has a single rotating brush during vacuum which leads to bits of dust and hair left behind. 2. The mopping plate even when just in vacuum mode, tends to pick up on hair and when it mops, the hair comes off and leaves a mess on the floor. That’s more work. 3. The dustbin bag is an extra purchase and has to be replaced every few weeks. 4. We’ve had issues where the mopping plate cleaning faces errors and leads to a water tank malfunction notification. It sometimes pools the water in the plate as well and it gets really messy. 5. Customer service is not the best with Ecovacs in general. General comment. 6. There are other accessories that you need to buy separately as well. If you want to a robot vacuum, Ecovacs is a decent brand but get the double rotating brush instead of the single, that should solve the main issues I face with this product.

I recently purchased the Ecovacs N30 Pro Omni, and I am extremely happy with my decision. It is a very nice and powerful robot vacuum and mop. I truly love it! It has made my daily household cleaning so much easier and stress-free. The suction power is excellent, and it cleans both dust and pet hair perfectly. The mopping function is also very effective and leaves the floor shining. The self-cleaning and auto-empty features are very convenient and save a lot of time. Now I don’t have to worry about daily sweeping and mopping. It works smoothly and intelligently around furniture without any issues. Overall, it is very useful for my daily household work, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smart cleaning solution. Thank you, Ecovacs, for such a wonderful product.

De kwaliteit van de hardware van deze robot is prima, maar de software is helaas de zwakke schakel en zit vol frustrerende problemen. De navigatie, ondanks de aanwezigheid van een LiDAR-sensor, is onbetrouwbaar. De robot raakt bijvoorbeeld van een simpele spiegel zo in de war dat hij zijn basisstation niet meer kan vinden. Ook het in kaart brengen (mapping) is problematisch: kamers worden incorrect ingedeeld en de kaart is niet-dynamisch, waardoor verplaatste meubels als permanente obstakels blijven staan. Handmatige aanpassingen, zoals het corrigeren van muren of deuren, zijn onmogelijk. Het gebruiksgemak wordt verder beperkt door andere nadelen. Omdat een interne watertank ontbreekt, moet hij zeer vaak terug naar de basis om de dweildoeken nat te maken. De batterij-indicator in de app is ook onjuist; de robot stopt en laadt al op bij 15% resterende lading. Bovendien behandelt hij soms eenvoudige objecten als grote hindernissen en slaat daardoor plekken over. Daarbovenop komen nog specifieke softwarebugs, zoals het dweilen met te natte doeken of een basisstation dat doorgaat met "wassen" terwijl de robot al lang vertrokken is.

Ottimo prodotto, mappatura molto precisa Buona pulizia generale anche se su pavimenti con fughe grossolane lascia qualche piccolo rimasuglio App intuitiva e semplice, aiuta molto e gestisce bene il prodotto, ottimi i promemoria di pulizia e manutenzione delle parti Lavaggio buono e preciso, asciugatura veloce del pavimento (un minuto non di più) non lascia aloni Non consiglio molto il lavaggio e aspirazione insieme in quanto va a creare residuo solido mescolando polvere e acqua che con l’andar del tempo crea ingorgo e sporco nel serbatoio del robot Base carina e non ingombrante Facile da riempire/svuotare Per una pulizia quotidiana o un aiuto nelle faccende generali buono Si può inserire nell’acqua pulita un paio di tappi di detersivo da pavimenti non schiumogeno, non necessariamente della stessa marca (io ho provato il nuncas dove sulla confezione é specificato che é adatto ai robot) e fa un ottimo lavoro

It is a lovely unit and does the job well. You need to take time to do its mapping so it knows where to go. The voice is just inaudible.
