Does the product have free returns?

The product was purchased within the Xmas returns policy 2020/1 period but I had [stupidly] not checked in full the conditions on this item re -returns as only cost under £20 nor had experienced any problem in the past in returning 1 item a couple of years or so ago . I now am aware to watch out for goods which carry an Import Duty but now wonder if this may now affect certain goods via Amazon from EU. Can anyone enlighten one on this subject matter?

What. Size are bind rings

Rings appear to be aprox 7/8 inch diam or 22mm set apart in 2sets of 3 if you look at picture spaced apart @5/8 inch or 15mmAPROX think this must be the standard spacing between rings however I could not find refill pages with 6 holes so opted just to get everything at once for 2or 4 prepunched holes then carefully marking position of holes using the stiff plastic card devider provided with notebk then punching additional holes one at a time with success! only took 1/2hr.Must say this is good quality item in my opinion.

what are the measurements of this in cm please, i'm confused by the specifications listed - Size:17*22.8cm/6.7*9inch

It's a ring binder for A5 sized paper with 6 pre-punched holes. It is 17cm by 23cm.

Are A-Z Index page dividers available for this product?

Just look on Amazon for A5 refills there are papers, dividers, Zip wallets allsorts,filofax do fit but are a bit narrow
