Great electrolytes
These are so good. By far my favorite of the liquid IV. It arrived in safe packaging and fully sealed.

Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier – Sugar-Free Rainbow Sherbet Flavor Review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4/5) I’ve been using Liquid I.V. for a while, and the sugar-free Rainbow Sherbet flavor is one of the most unique they’ve released. The flavor definitely leans sweet and fruity, with notes of orange, raspberry, and lime—true to the sherbet theme. It’s a little nostalgic, kind of like a melted popsicle, but some people might find it overly sweet or slightly artificial. The hydration benefits are real—when I’m feeling drained after a workout or long day in the sun, I notice a difference within 20–30 minutes. I like that it’s sugar-free and uses allulose and stevia instead, which makes it more keto- and diabetic-friendly. That said, it is salty—around 500 mg of sodium per serving. I highly recommend mixing it with more than the suggested 16 oz of water. I usually use 24–28 oz to mellow out both the saltiness and sweetness, and it still works great. Pros: • Tastes fun and fruity • Actually works for hydration and energy • No sugar and only ~20 calories • Easy to travel with Cons: • Can be too sweet/salty if not diluted enough • Slightly artificial aftertaste • Pricey if used daily Bottom line: If you’re looking for a hydrating drink that skips the sugar but still packs flavor, Rainbow Sherbet is worth trying. Just be sure to tweak the water ratio to your taste. I wouldn’t drink it every day, but it’s great for travel, heatwaves, or recovering after exercise.

Rainbow Sherbet is the best!
I love this flavor, it's sooo good. I don't think I've met a liquid iv flavor I hated, but this one is my absolute favorite. The packets are easy, portable, and mix pretty quickly. I feel so much more hydrated after drinking a water bottle with one of these. I think the best value for these is to buy on Amazon, they are so much cheaper here than on the website, even if you have a coupon code. I've tried many other brands of electrolyte powders and I keep coming back to these ones, they are just the gold standard imo. 2 quick things you should know that I've learned about liquid iv: 1) don't drink more than 1 a day. It can overload your body with sodium, you don't want that. I didn't know this a few years ago and was drinking like 4 a day! They didn't have a clear limit around how many you can safely drink on the package and didn't know until I looked it up online. If you drink 2 in a day, skip it for a few days then to be safe :) 2) Don't drink any liquid iv you've left overnight or for more than like 7h, it molds extremely fast. Even if it isn't moldy after quite a few hours, I've found it tastes off and you just need to throw it. I've left a water bottle with liquid iv in it for over 24h and it was growing mold. So be wary of that!

Changed my life like no joke!
This stuff saved and changed my life. I got very very sick about 2 years ago and was put in the hospital. One of the big things that came out was I was dehydtrated from being sick, so i asked the Dr. how many glasses of water I should drink. He said to me, it doesnt matter how many, in fact its just not enough to drink just water these days. He recommended Liquid IV to add to my water. I can't tell you how this has changed my life. I haven't had a plain glass of water since and I tell everyone about it. When I took my first few chugs, I COULD FELL IT IN MY BODY. Sounds weird but I don't know what else to say. You just feel refreshed from the inside i guess would be the best example. Almost like on a super hot day and you jump into the pool you whole body just feels better. JUST TRY IT AND YOU;LL SEE. Also the fact it comes in so many DELICIOUS flavors... like seriously delicious!!

A Light, Refreshing Summer Favorite 🍧☀️
Rainbow Sherbet has quickly become my favorite Liquid I.V. flavor! It’s light, refreshing, and has a subtle fruity taste that reminds me of a cool summer treat without being overpowering. I really appreciate that it’s sugar-free and doesn’t have the heavy aftertaste that some electrolyte drinks can have. I enjoy it cold over ice, especially on hot days, after being outdoors, or anytime I need a little hydration boost. The flavor feels fun and uplifting while still being easy to drink regularly. If you enjoy sweeter flavors, this one may taste more subtle, but for me that’s exactly what makes it so enjoyable. I keep packets in my purse for use anywhere! A perfect hydration option for summer—or honestly, any time of year! Favorite 🍧

Hydrating, Tasty, a bit Salty
I used one packet in a 20oz water bottle and the flavor was nice...very much like Rainbow Sherbet, although a tad bit salty... but not so salty that it distracts from the flavor. I think the flavor would be a bit too strong if I used a 16.9oz water bottle. That being said, I believe it's more hydrating than plain water, and I say this because I constantly have dry & chapped lips, and I mean constantly... I use Burt's Bee's Chapstick so much that I have one in my desk drawer, one on my nightstand, one on the coffee table, one in the kitchen junk drawer, one in my purse, one on my treadmill, one on my desk at home, and even one on my keychain (for when I'm in the car and I don't wanna dig around in my purse)! I can't live without it.... on the same hand, I drink a ton of water, at least 2-32oz Beast cups a day if not more... and yet my lips are still very dry and chapped. After drinking one of these packets a day for only the past two days, my lips don't feel as chapped! I don't feel the need to use the Chapstick every hour... Maybe my body wasn't absorbing the plain water the way it is absorbing the Liquid I.V.? I don't know, but in any case, I feel like this helps my lips more than plain water and more than the Chapstick. I suppose the only way to know is to stop drinking it... Maybe I'll experiment with that and update this review next week. :)
