I had been thinking of swapping to a menstrual cup for a few months, due to my flow increasing. My research led me to discs instead as better for first time users that never had kids. This was the first time I tried a disc and I found it extremely easy to figure out. Once it's in you can not feel it at all, the cord tickled sometimes but I just had to tuck it in. I worn it for five days straight, at home and at work, and it didn't leak once. Absolutely loved not having to worry about changing pads during shifts. I guess discs are indeed a game changer and I can 100% recommend this one!

Das ist wider Erwarten eine super tolle und dichte Tasse! Habe schon mehrere ausprobiert, die entweder nicht richtig dicht waren oder gedrückt haben. Diese ist perfekt. Ich habe einen verkürzten Gebärmutterhals und nichts drückt mehr. Und Größe S ist absolut ausreichend. Der Faden war mir zu lang und habe ihn einfach gekürzt. Super toll!

Llevo unos 12 años usando copas, la primera fue la Diva Cup y luego han seguido varias de diferentes durezas. Esta se ha convertido en un solo ciclo en mi favorita!! Estoy encantada con esta “copa”, que en realidad es un disco. Sigue el mismo principio que la ziggy de intimina pero está infinitamente mejor hecha. La otra me quedaba grande y se salía, con lo que tenía fugas... esta la he cogido en talla M y genial. Se pone como un diafragma, colocándola rodeando el cervix y sujeta detrás del hueso púbico. No hay que andar pendiente de si hace vacío, es rapidísimo. Cero fugas, no se nota nada, facilísima de poner y quitar. Yo personalmente no he cortado el rabito que trae para ayudar a sacarla, de momento, no me molesta. Sacarla es mucho menos molesto que una copa normal porque al no hacer vacío no hay que romperlo, solamente sacar vaciar y limpiar. Trae un estuche de silicona para guardarla entre ciclos y se esteriliza igual que todas, con pastillas de vez en cuando, hirviéndola entre ciclos y limpiándola con jabón neutro. Un 10

Excellent product! As a complete newbie to alternative menstrual Products I found this being my first menstrual disc or even menstrual cup a fantastic experience! I’m blind so I found it required a bit of trial and error to work out which way up to insert the cup but once I had figured it out it was fine. The insertion instructions could be a little bit more clearer text wise but the cup itself is great! I found it very easy to insert and the string was slightly too long so I trimmed it and that definitely increased the comfort level. I don’t know I have it inserted and at the moment I am just experimenting with it and have it in just in case I begin a period. For anyone who encounters the confusion I did, the menstrual disk should be inserted with the rim at the very top and the string on the top edge of the rim not on the bottom edge of the rim as it comes out of the box. I found the best way for me to insert it is to do it squatting right down on the floor so that it is easier to get an idea of when the first part of the cup is at the cervix. I have also found that rinsing it underwater and inserting it damp makes it easier to insert.
